Do they offer bidding technology?

Since 2014 Auction Lots have continuously invested in tech options for not only event auctions but also online. We offer a bespoke touchscreen tablet option which can be tailored to your event. Our tablet app offers smooth, user friendly ways to bid and pledge.

Our event staff create a reliable and secure dedicated wireless network, perfect for the audience within a specific event.

We also offer a mobile option. This cost effective solution allows bidders to engage during or leading up an event. This can be enhanced by adding bidding stations for guests that cannot, for any reason, bid by phone.

Both options offer varied bidding styles including competitive or sealed bids, we can even combine the 2 options within one auction!

Technology not only offers you a modern, interactive experience but also gives you immediate results. A reporting system gives you continuous updates and our online option even gives you admin access to view all activity.

When providing lots for a silent auction all these tech options are free. We are always open to add clients donated items and will discuss various options from providing a complete silent auction service to just providing a tech solution.


Do they offer payment collection?

We offer payment collection by portable card machines, online via Stripe or even by invoice. Our event staff can collect payments via portable card machines. We also have the facility to email and text all winners a link to pay securely via Stripe. Often these 2 options are both used to ensure all payments are taken at the event.


Are their staff experienced?

This is incredibly important to us. Many of the long standing relationships built between us and our clients are built on the great service our staff offer. We understand the need to become an integrated part of the event staff, often providing extra services such as meet and greet, Live auction winner details or payment collection and helping your guests in any way we can to enhance their event experience.
